You authorise payment when you book, but the final charge is taken after the repair is complete. If additional work or parts are needed, Zeno will ask for your approval before the total changes.

Same-day service means you can book an available contractor to attend that day. Availability depends on the type of repair, your location and the time of your request, and the appointment time is confirmed before you complete the booking.

Once your booking is confirmed, Zeno will share the contractor’s details and expected arrival time. You’ll also receive an update when they are on the way and if the timing changes.

The contractor will explain what is required and Zeno will send you the revised cost for approval. No additional work will begin, and no extra cost will be added, until you approve it.
